 (1)Unless otherwise stated, the client is in charge of  filling out the music selection and the order of events. The music selection is a guideline for the DJ, client also understands that the designated DJ may also play other songs that are appropriate and similar to your tastes. (2) The client agrees to provide a sufficient, electrical power supply within 100 ft. of the designated disc jockey's set up location. If the setup location is outside, the client agrees to provide adequate shelter, to protect equipment from adverse weather conditions.(3) Awesomedjz.com does not guarantee the availability of the designated disc jockey, beyond the contract date. (4) The client agrees to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve his/her event date. The remaining balance is due and payable 2 weeks prior to the event date. If special arrangements are made to make final payment on the event date, the balance is to be paid upon ARRIVAL of the designated disc jockey in cash or money order. (4a) A minimum of $350.00 non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable retainer is required to secure AwesomeDJz for the engagement date(s). This contract and retainer fee must be received by DJ/ENTERTAINER no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. (5) The client accepts full liability for all damages to any equipment in the possession of the designated disc jockey that occur as a result of intentional or un-intentional actions, or neglect upon the part of the client or his/her guests, patrons, customers, students, etc... In the event of circumstances deemed by the DJ/ENTERTAINER to present a threat or implied threat of injury to the DJ/ENTERTAINER or any property (equipment, lighting, c.d.’s, etc.) in the DJ/ENTERTAINER’s possession, the DJ/ENTERTAINER reserves the right to cease performance. CLIENT shall be responsible for payment in full, regardless of whether the situation is resolved or whether DJ/ENTERTAINER resumes performance. It is understood and agreed that the CLIENT agrees to provide crowd control if warranted. CLIENT will be liable for any loss or damage to any property belonging to DJ/ENTERTAINER that is caused by CLIENT or his/her guests, customers. (6)The designated disc jockey will not be held liable for any damage or harm, to property or persons,  unless such is caused by gross or wanton negligence on the part of the designated disc jockey. (7)The client acknowledges that Awesomedjz.com is responsible for scheduling the events of the designated disc jockey as the booking agent only, and shall not be held liable for negligence, inactions, defaults, damages or non-performance (poor performance by substitute DJ) of the designated disc jockey, or his/her agents or employees. (8)SEVERABILITY: The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of any other provision.(9)Pricing based on up to 4 hours performance time. (10) Equipment is very heavy if applicable stairs are an extra $50 fee. (11) All overtime $50 per Half hour payable the evening of the event in cash.
By signing, the client acknowledges and confirms that he / she has read, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract agreement.
